Here’s how you can exercise the right of return.
You can withdraw from the contract without giving reasons, within 14 days of delivery. You must return the products undamaged, possibly in their original packaging to avoid damage in transit.
To request a return, you will first need to contact us. Find our contact information on the dedicated page. To speed up the process, we recommend that you enter the reference number of your order.
Once the return request has been validated, you must return the products intact in every part. We recommend that you use the original packaging to avoid damage during transport. Shipping costs will be your responsibility. Once we receive the package, we will refund the amount you paid on the payment method used.
