We grow the Glera grapes, used for this sparkling wine, in Selva del Montello, in the "Palazzon" vineyard (right in front of the Barchessa Loredan), and in Venegazzù, in "Vegro" and "Campus" vineyards. The Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG designation certifies the origin and quality of our extra brut prosecco. Foaming takes place according to the Martinotti method, with fermentation in stainless steel and a minimum of four months on the lees.
Tasting notes
Foam: with an appropriately evanescent mousse.
Colour: pale yellow with greenish reflections.
Bouquet: fruity aroma, good intensity with notes of fruit, particularly unripe apple, lemon and grapefruit.
Taste: it reveals a good acid note, fresh taste, good structure, pleasant and harmonious on the palate.
