Affondo is our bottle-fermented sparkling white wine. It is turbid due to the presence of the yeasts that have conducted the fermentation. It is obtained using Glera grapes (the same used for our Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG) grown in the vineyards of Barchessa Loredan in Venegazzù and Selva del Montello, two villages in Volpago known for the quality of their farmland. Here, in particular, the soil is typically red, a sign of the ancientness and mineral richness of the terroir.

It is turbid due to the presence of yeast. It has a strong character, with citrus notes combined with the scent of bread.
It is a perfect match for sausages and cheeses. We recommend shaking the bottle a few minutes before serving. To be drank turbid.
